Service Director Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver 100% customer satisfaction by building lasting relationships
- Oversee daily service operations focusing on efficiency and profitability
- Lead develop and manage a team of technicians and service advisors
- Monitor technician productivity and ensure effective workflow
- Ensure compliance with manufacturer warranty guidelines and policies
- Collaborate with department managers to maximize overall dealership performance
- Develop and execute marketing strategies to increase service traffic and retention
- Maintain strong partnerships with OEM representatives
- Set track and drive achievement of performance goals for the service team
Qualifications:
- Minimum 3 years of experience in Service Management at an automotive dealership
- Reynolds and Reynolds DMS experience highly desirable
- Proven leadership skills with an emphasis on respect accountability and development
- Strong commitment to ethical business practices
- Knowledge of federal state and local service department regulations
- Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram Dealership Experience Preferred
