We are hiring RNs with recent hands on patient care experience to care for our patient receiving 24/7 SN care in the Tarpon Springs area. Required skills are total trach care G-Tube medication administration ambulation and total patient care. Hourly pay rate $42 - $45/hour for 12 hour day and night shifts available. Responsibilities
- Participate in the planning and coordination of total patient care in conjunction with the DON and the physicians plan of care and orders.
- Follow physicians orders and ensure compliance with the plan of care.
- Accurately report and record the patients condition and care including signs and symptoms which may be indicative of change.
- Perform all duties and responsibilities always adhering to Florida chapter 464 - Nurse Practice Act
- Follow emergency procedures in the event of any catastrophic event incident e.g. accident injury or significant change in the patients condition
Qualifications
- Current RN license allowing you to work in Florida
- Recent patient hands on care with total trach care and G-Tube
- Meet all of AHCAs requirements for home health agency employment
