Join Two Maids - Brighton as a General Manager and lead a dedicated team in delivering exceptional cleaning services. Enjoy a Monday through Friday schedule with no evening shifts allowing for a healthy work-life balance in a supportive environment.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily operations and ensure high-quality service delivery.
- Manage staff hiring scheduling training and performance evaluations.
- Implement and maintain company policies and procedures.
- Develop and manage budgets to achieve financial goals.
- Foster a positive work environment and team culture.
- Engage with customers to address inquiries and ensure satisfaction.
- Monitor inventory and supplies to maintain operational efficiency.
- Conduct regular inspections of cleaning services and staff performance.
Requirements:
- Strong leadership skills with a focus on team development.
- Excellent communication and customer service abilities.
- Ability to manage budgets and financial reports effectively.
- Familiarity with cleaning industry standards and practices.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Valid drivers license and reliable transportation.
