This position is key to developing maintaining and strengthening direct customer relationships driving the companys growth targets by managing and expanding bookings with existing and prospective clients identifying new opportunities for value creation and understanding the specific needs and challenges of all stakeholders within assigned accounts.

In This Role Your Responsibilities Will Be:
Account Management: Build and maintain strong long-term relationships with account collaborators to ensure high customer satisfaction and loyalty.
Account Planning: Develop and implement account plans to acquire accounts identify product white spaces build demand and uncover project opportunities.
Collaborator Engagement: Identify key collaborators within customer organizations understand their roles and influence and foster effective relationships with Emerson sales teams.
Needs Assessment: Conduct detailed assessments to uncover customer pains challenges and business drivers that our products or solutions can address.
Solution Presentation: Deliver and differentiate customized solutions demonstrating how products meet customer needs and solve their issues.
Opportunity Identification: Identify and pursue new business opportunities within assigned accounts filling white space and generating demand.
Collaboration & Support: Work with BDMs specialists and support teams to ensure high-quality customer engagement and effective solution development.
Market Insights & Reporting: Stay informed on industry trends competitor activity and market conditions while maintaining accurate account records and forecasts.

For This Role You Will Need:
Technical degree or equivalent experience
Proven sales / business development experiencein a commercial role
CRM & MS Office tools
Proficiency in English and Hungarian language
Willingness to travel within the country and occasionally internationally
Drivers license
