Saint Lukes South Hospital in Overland Park Kansas is looking for a Radiology Supervisor. This multi-skilled role is essential for ensuring accountability within the assigned department and advocating for the growth and development of work teams.
Shift:
Key responsibilities include:
- Ensuring quality care and service while meeting regulatory and accreditation requirements.
- Managing personnel functions such as supervising hiring discipline coaching performance management and staffing.
- Assisting leadership with decision-making and daily operations including budget preparation and maintenance.
- Collaborating with patients customers families physicians administration and employees to fulfill customer needs in a patient-focused and healing environment.
The Radiology Supervisor will support the Radiology Manager in managing the Radiology department which includes CT Diagnostic Interventional Radiology MRI Nuclear Medicine and Ultrasound as well as community hospital imaging services. This position will also oversee staffing schedules for the South Radiology/CT and community hospitals in addition to managing supply ordering budget management and daily operations.
