THE ROLE
We are looking for a #TechTalent to work as a QA Engineer for a national project.
YOUR DAY TO DAY
- Implement best practices in test design and test automation ensuring efficiency and maintainability;
- Design and maintain functional regression and performance test scenarios and test cases;
- Promote and reinforce quality concepts standards and best practices within the squad;
- Actively contribute to agile rituals of the squad and tribe fostering collaboration and continuous improvement;
- Collaborate and share knowledge within the QA community of the tribe to strengthen collective expertise and alignment.
WHAT WERE LOOKING FOR
- Proven professional experience in similar roles;
- Strong expertise in Cypress framework;
- Strong expertise in Java-based testing frameworks including:SeleniumJava CucumberKarate;
- Solid understanding of the Gherkin language and advanced test design techniques;
- Proven knowledge of BDD (Behavior-Driven Development) and TDD (Test-Driven Development) methodologies;
- Practical experience working in Agile/Scrum environments;
- Hands-on experience with Git and Continuous Integration (CI) tools;
- Working knowledge of SQL for test data management and validation;
- Willingness to travel within Portugal and internationally as required;
- Fluency in English (written & spoken) Knowledge of French is a plus.
