Job Summary

Major responsibilities: (most important tasks not more than 8 headlines defined in 2-3 sentences only)

  • Responsible for business of Agri & domestic pumps for Mumbai BO
  • Appointing new dealers / distributors
  • Monitoring of ASRs and driving the business for secondary sales
  • Conducting sales promotional campaign to increase brand visibility in the market
  • Achieve / Exceed the set order intake targets
  • Field sales calls with dealers / ASRs
  • Monthly forecasting of the orders
  • Supporting the credit control team in timely payment collection from dealers
  • Close working with TSS team for increasing the business
  • Develop strong dealer connect & rapport.
  • Push for strong retailer network
  • Work out strategies to increase primary / secondary sales
