Youll join an exceptional team of sales professionals from companies like Intercom ServiceNow and GitHub and youll have an immediate impact on our growth customers and market presence.
As the Sr. Manager Corporate Sales youll lead and develop a team of high-performing Account Executives and carry a team quota. You will own key customer relationships and drive strategic deals to closure.
Responsibilities:
- Manage a team of Corporate Account Executives to achieve quarterly and annual sales targets
- Provide tactical coaching on pipeline management deal progression and customer engagement strategies
- Collaborate with Marketing Sales Development and Customer Success teams to optimize lead quality conversion and retention
- Own team and individual performance targets ensuring consistent overachievement against quarterly and annual quotas
- Hire onboard and retain top sales talent; build an inclusive high-performance culture.
- Participate in and contribute to the global Corporate Sales strategy influencing process improvement sales methodologies and regional initiatives
- Monitor team performance and provide regular reporting and forecast updates using Salesforce and sales analytics tools
- Leverage strong business acumen to guide complex deal cycles and coach team members through multi-stakeholder enterprise sales motions
- Represent LaunchDarkly in strategic customer engagements executive briefings and industry events
Qualifications:
- 12 years of SaaS sales experience
- 3 years of experience in sales management or team leadership
- Excellent communication presentation and negotiation skills with the ability to influence at all levels
- Proven ability to operate in a fast-paced high-growth and evolving environment
- Passion for mentoring others while maintaining personal accountability for results
- Experience selling to technology buyers or developer-centric audiences
- Familiarity with the software development lifecycle DevOps or feature management tools
- Experience selling to technology buyers or developer-centric audiences
