Commercial Insurance Agent
Job Summary
Seeking a highly motivated and experienced Commercial Insurance Agent to join a growing team. This role is pivotal in driving new business growth and maintaining a strong book of business. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in commercial lines insurance a sales-driven mindset and the ability to work independently in a remote environment. Compensation Package
- Salary: $50000 - $55000 annually

Responsibilities
- Follow up on warm leads to quote and bind new business.
- Service an existing book of business ensuring client satisfaction and retention.
- Focus on 95% Commercial Lines (General Liability Workers Compensation Auto Property) and 5% Personal Lines.
- Handle small to middle-market accounts.
- Utilize EPIC software for account management.
- Collaborate with a team of professionals to achieve departmental goals.
Qualifications/Requirements
- Licenses: Property & Casualty (P&C) license required.
- Experience: Minimum of 3 years in commercial lines insurance; must have experience writing new business.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in EPIC software; tech-savvy with the ability to adapt to new systems quickly.
- Soft Skills: Self-motivated sales-minded fast-paced and detail-oriented.
- Work Environment: Must be comfortable working remotely and independently.
