ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS & RESPONSIBILITIES
Primary Responsibilities
Accurately seat assign tickets to guests and client groups according to the products quantities and categories purchased using the ticketing and database systems
Facilitate the delivery of digital tickets and hospitality passes according to the established timelines
Maintain accurate data through quality checks and procedures
Collaborate with other members of the team and assist where required
Provide reports as required
Focus on providing first class service to guests in a fundamental part of their On Location hospitality experience
Other ticketing duties as necessary to support On Locations successful delivery of the Milano 2026 Olympic and Paralympic Games and test events.

QUALIFICATIONS
To perform this job successfully the candidate must be able to perform each essential duty above at the highest levels. The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge skill and/or ability required.
Minimum 2 years of experience with event ticketing and database systems
Ability to read venue seating charts and familiar terminology used to designate areas within stadiums and venues.
Excellent IT skills with high proficiency in Microsoft Office suite in particular Excel and project management software
Strong customer service ethic
Strong organizational and time management skills with ability to multi-task and manage concurrent priorities and meet deadlines.
Fluent in English
High level of attention to detail with respect for working in-line with agreed procedures
Excellent interpersonal skills written and verbal.
Comfortable working under high pressure in a fast-paced work environment
Ability to work collaboratively within a team.
Proactive in identifying areas where support can be provided in order to meet deadlines
Proficiency with CTS Eventim/TicketOne back-office systems
Digital ticket delivery
Italian speaking
