Qualifications :
- 3 years of experience in Sales Director Role account management strategy or business management roles in Media Owner Agencies.
- In-depth knowledge of marketing dynamics digital media and integrated communications.
- Advanced business planning financial analysis and budget management skills.
- Experience in managing tenders and closing new contracts.
- Excellent presentation and negotiation skills.
- Strategic vision combined with operational pragmatism.
- Excellent interpersonal and complex stakeholder management skills.
- Growth and problem-solving orientation.
- Creative thinking flexibility and resilience.
- Strong and direct knowledge of the commercial departments of the most important media agencies in Italy. ( WPP Publicis Dentsu Havas OMG Mediaplus IPG)
