Job Summary

What Youll Do
As a Shift Supervisor youll help lead the team in delivering exceptional service and
smooth operations. Youll train and support team members uphold company standards
and ensure every guest leaves with a great experience. Whether its prepping food
managing inventory or stepping in to lead a shift youll be hands-on and ready to go.
Key Responsibilities
Leadership & Guest Service
Greet guests warmly and ensure satisfaction
Lead by example and support team morale
Train team members and help write schedules
Provides support to management.

Operations
Oversee food prep cleanliness and safety
Manage inventory receiving and storage
Delegate tasks and follow up with team members
Assist with POS training and cash-out procedures
Ensure compliance with health and safety standards
Work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
What You Bring
Supervisory experience in hospitality preferred
Strong communication and leadership skills
Ability to multitask and stay calm under pressure
Comfortable with physical tasks (lifting standing bending)
Proficient in English (reading writing math)
