Hourly pay rate of $22/hour after 6 months
We offer a $4 shift differential for evenings and $3 shift differential for nights.
Centurion is proud to be the provider ofcomprehensive services to the Illinois Department of Corrections. We are currently seeking a PRNCertified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to join our Medical team at East Moline Correctional Centerlocated in East Moline Illinois.
CNAs work under the close direction of nursing medical and psychiatric staff to perform direct patient care to incarcerated individuals. Assist patients by supporting personal hygiene daily living needs and vital sign monitoring.
Qualifications
- High School diploma or equivalent
- CNA or other medical paraprofessional certification required
- CNA licensure in Illinois required
- Training experience or certification as a nurses aide medical technician or mental health worker preferred
- One year of experience in acute care long-term care emergency or correctional setting preferred
- Must be appropriately and actively certified in Cardio-Pulmonary Resuscitation (CPR)/ BLS
- Ability to obtain a security clearance to include drug screen and criminal background check
