DescriptionRole Purpose
The Campaign Specialist supports the design coordination and execution of campaigns tasks and services for all serviced portfolios within the Campaign Center. The role ensures timely and high-quality delivery compliance with the legal framework and alignment with organizational objectives. The Specialist works closely with the Team Leader internal stakeholders and external vendors to achieve operational excellence and contribute to the overall success of the Campaign Center.
Main Responsibilities
- Execute daily tasks assigned by the Campaign Center Team Leader ensuring timely and accurate delivery.
- Assists in implementing alternative communication channels (email Viber self-service platforms).
- Support the execution of outbound communication campaigns (letters emails SMS) and assist in preparing campaign materials.
- Monitor campaign progress and performance indicators (KPIs) to ensure effective debtor engagement.
- Collaborate with internal teams and external vendors to ensure smooth campaign execution and compliance with regulations.
- Contribute to initiatives that enhance borrower experience and promote effective compliant communication.
- Support budget tracking invoice processing and vendor coordination for campaign-related expenses.
- Assist in KYC-related campaigns and data validation ensuring timely and accurate execution.
- Promote process improvements cost efficiency and adherence to company policies quality standards and data protection requirements.
RequirementsEducation Experience and Technical Skills
- Bachelors Degree in Business Administration Marketing Banking or another relevant field (Masters Degree considered an asset).
- Minimum 23 years of experience in an administrative operations or customer support role within the financial services industry.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Greek and English.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills with attention to detail.
- Proficiency in MS Office applications (Excel Word Outlook PowerPoint).
- Familiarity with data handling reporting tools and communication systems will be considered an advantage.
