Job Summary

REQUIREMENTS:

Total experience 10 years
Strong experience in implementing and supporting Oracle EBS modules including: Order Management Accounts Receivables (AR) Trading Community Architecture (TCA) Inventory (Shipping knowledge) Accounts Payables (AP) Payments Cash Management.
Strong functional knowledge of finance accounting principles and GAAP.
Experience working with Consumer Goods or Direct Marketing companies on business process transformation and ERP alignment with corporate strategies globally.
Proficient in SQL with working knowledge of PL/SQL.
Ability to analyze user stories and translate business requirements into Oracle-based solutions.
Experience working in Agile environments; familiarity with user-centered design and tools like JIRA or other Agile project management software.
Excellent problem-solving analytical and communication skills with the ability to engage stakeholders at all organizational levels.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively within cross-functional teams.
Experience providing hyper-care support including troubleshooting performance testing and end-user issue resolution.
Knowledge or experience in project management and cost estimation is a plus.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Understanding the clients business use cases and technical requirements and be able to convert them in to technical design which elegantly meets the requirements
Mapping decisions with requirements and be able to translate the same to developers
Identifying different solutions and being able to narrow down the best option that meets the clients requirements
Defining guidelines and benchmarks for NFR considerations during project implementation
Writing and reviewing design document explaining overall architecture framework and high-level design of the application for the developers
Reviewing architecture and design on various aspects like extensibility scalability security design patterns user experience NFRs etc. and ensure that all relevant best practices are followed
Developing and designing the overall solution for defined functional and non-functional requirements; and defining technologies patterns and frameworks to materialize it
Understanding and relating technology integration scenarios and applying these learnings in projects.

Qualifications :

Bachelors or masters degree in computer science Information Technology or a related field.
