We are looking for a motivated Jr. Project Engineer to support solar power projects across Goa. The role involves a mix of site-based execution and office coordination working closely with senior engineers contractors and vendors. This is an excellent opportunity for fresh diploma holders who want hands-on exposure in the renewable energy sector especially solar installations and project execution.
Job Responsibilities
- Site Responsibilities
- Assist in installation testing and commissioning of solar panels inverters and related equipment at project sites.
- Conduct regular inspections of electrical connections cabling and mounting structures to ensure safety and quality standards.
- Work under the guidance of senior engineers to troubleshoot and resolve site-level technical issues.
- Maintain daily site progress reports and document issues observations and work completed.
- Coordinate and follow up with contractors for AMC (Annual Maintenance Contract) activities to ensure timely completion as per schedule.
- Ensure strict adherence to safety protocols during on-site activities.
- Ensure all site work complies with government regulations and company policies.
- Office Responsibilities :
- Prepare Bills of Materials (BOM) for solar installations based on project requirements.
- Assist in basic system designing and layout planning using tools such as AutoCAD SolarEdge Designer or equivalent software (training will be provided).
- Coordinate with vendors and suppliers for material procurement and track delivery timelines.
- Support in preparing project documentation such as site survey reports technical documents and system performance records.
- Maintain records related to inventory tools and equipment used for projects.
Job Requirements:
- Diploma holders eager to build a career in solar and renewable energy projects
- Basic understanding of electrical systems and components.
- Knowledge of solar energy systems is an advantage (training will be provided).
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word Excel).
- Good communication skills and ability to work in a team.
- Willingness to travel to project sites; own two-wheeler/vehicle is required.
- Ability to work under supervision while showing initiative in learning and problem-solving.
- Male candidate preferred

Work timings: 9:00 to 18:00
