Job Description

Gilead Sciences Inc. is a research-based biopharmaceutical company that discovers develops and commercialises innovative medicines in areas of unmet medical need. With each new discovery and investigational drug candidate we seek to improve the care of patients living with life-threatening diseases around the world. Gileads key therapeutic areas of focus include HIV/AIDS liver diseases and cancer.

This is an exciting opportunity for someone with supply chain order entry and customer services experience to work with an experienced and dedicated Customer Services team based 3 days/week in our Holborn office Central London.

Essential Duties and Job Functions:

• Provide professional and responsive support to our customers to ensure a positive experience in fulfilling and successful delivery of orders.

• Ensuring orders are processed in time.

• Able to adapt to the fluctuation with the volume of incoming orders and queries.

• Managing and resolving issues with customers through phone email communications & SPARC system

• Identifying challenges and resolving solutions.

• Maintaining trackers for returns GDP queries & other order related requests.

• Able to create and document procedures.

• Main point of contact for customers regarding order queries and resolutions.

• Close working with the wider Customer Services team and to provide support when requested

• Adherence to SOPS & GDP regulations

Knowledge Experience and Skills:

• Patient and customer focussed

• SAP experience within OTC for order processing.

• Patient and customer focussed.

• Supply Chain experience essential preferably of the UK market.

• Able to become quickly expert in financial and supply systems.

• Able to work competently with Excel spreadsheets.

• Numerically able and capable of pattern recognition in data.

• Confident in discussion with customers but able to push back if required for inappropriate supply requests.

• Clear communicator.
