Your role
We are growing rapidly and are committed to bringing highly effective science-based and natural products to market. Our Product Development team consists of 25 experienced and innovative professionals working on advanced nutraceutical functional and therapy-oriented solutions.To strengthen our team we are looking for a Senior Product Developerwith strong experience in naturopathy and natural medicine who will take ownership of several key strategic product lines including our Therapy this role you will be responsible for the conceptual scientific and operational development of products from early ideation through formulation and implementation to final market launch.
- You will have end-to-end responsibility for multiple strategic product lines includingtherapy productsdeveloped in close cooperation with medical partners the Gut Health Line Functional Productsincludingtherapeutic and functional herbal tea blends
- Act as a professional sparring partner on eye level for doctors therapists and external experts discussing medical indications therapeutic concepts and scientific rationales
- Translate medical and therapeutic input into feasible compliant and effective product concepts and formulations
- Driveingredient strategies formulation logic dosage concepts and mechanisms of action grounded in scientific evidence and naturopathic expertise
- You will own and manage your product lines leading all project management activities from concept to launch
- Provide regular project updates and collaborate closely with internal teams such as Product Development Regulatory Affairs and Sourcing
Your profile
- Background in naturopathy / natural medicine (Heilpraktiker) with several years of practical experience combined with a strong science-based mindset
- Alternatively academic background in natural sciences (e.g. Chemistry Food Science Nutritional Science Food Technology Ecotrophology) with a broad and deep understanding of naturopathic medicine and therapeutic systems
- Extensive experience insupplement nutraceutical or therapy product development ideally within larger medical or alternative healthcare institutions
- Strong conceptual skills and deep intuition for ingredients dosages mechanisms of action vitamins minerals and therapeutic indications
- Highly structured with proven project management skills capable of managing complex product portfolios in parallel
- Proactive curious and flexible able to establish a strong position in a scalable and growing business
- Fluent in English or German with at least B1-level English
