We are currently seeking a dedicated and service-driven Restaurant Supervisor who can oversee all aspects of our food & beverage operations from breakfast to dinner with particular focus on breakfast. You understand that genuine hospitality starts with a warm welcome smooth service and a perfectly orchestrated dining experience.
What youll do
Lead and coordinate daily operations across breakfast lunch and dinner ensuring seamless service and a welcoming atmosphere Greet and seat guests with enthusiasm and professionalism Support your team with taking orders offering recommendations and ensuring timely and accurate service Be the key contact between kitchen and service team ensuring all dietary needs and special requests are fulfilled Take initiative to enhance the guest experience and anticipate their needs Maintain an organized polished and inviting service area including setup restocking and presentation of buffet and à la carte items Lead and inspire your team ensuring high standards of performance appearance and guest interaction Support with training of new colleagues and ongoing development of the team Ensure compliance with hygiene safety and quality standards at all times.
Who you are
You have at least 3 years of experience in Food & Beverage with 1 years in a supervisory or leadership role Experience in a 5-star hotel or luxury restaurant setting is a strong advantage You thrive in early mornings and bring energy and structure to the start of the day You are fluent in Dutch and English and have strong interpersonal and leadership skills A guest-oriented mindset eye for detail and a hands-on approach Passionate about service and breakfast culture from perfect eggs to fine coffee service Ability to motivate and coordinate a diverse team Comfortable making decisions under pressure and solving problems on the go.
Nice to have
Barista experience or knowledge of coffee/wine service Familiarity with international breakfast styles and dietary trends Experience managing buffet setups and high-volume à la carte service Knowledge of lunch and dinner service standards and fine dining protocols.
