About the Role:
The Business Development Manager (part-time or full-time based on experience) will lead outreach and partnership efforts with schools healthcare systems managed care organizations and community partners. This individual will convert relationships into referral pipelines secure sponsorships and funding and increase Athelas visibility through strategic engagement.

This individual will convert relationships into referral pipelines secure sponsorships and funding and increase Athelas visibility through strategic engagement.
Key Responsibilities:
- Build and manage referral partnerships with schools providers and agencies.
- Lead outreach presentations tours and negotiate MOUs/referral agreements.
- Cultivate corporate foundation and philanthropic relationships.
- Secure funding for key programs and initiatives.
- Represent Athelas at conferences and community events.
- Track pipeline activity and deliver performance reports.
What Were Looking For:
- Bachelors degree and 5 years in business development fundraising or partnerships (IDD/human services preferred).
- Proven success in closing deals and growing referral networks.
- Strong communication presentation and negotiation skills.
- CRM experience (Salesforce HubSpot Bloomerang etc.).
- Knowledge of MD referral ecosystem (DDA CCS DORS) is a plus.
- Valid drivers license and regional travel required.
