Job Summary
Position Summary:
Assist Campus Director with duties related to the Child Nutrition Program Truancy and other daily operations.
Qualifications:
Education/Certification:
- One year certificate from college or technical school; or three to six months related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Experience:
- School office experience helpful (preferred)
Required Knowledge Skills and Abilities (KSAs):
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Word Access and Excel
- Ability to communicate effectively verbally and in writing with staff students and parents
- Ability to organize and correctly calculate claims for any meal program that is offered
Responsibilities and Duties:
- Communicate effectively with Parents Students and Campus Staff via email telephone and fax in person in a professional manner.
- Organize and manage the meal program to follow federal and state guidelines. Prepare the daily and monthly reports and email or fax reports to Central Administration
- Answer telephone to provide information take message or transfer calls
- Assist principal with truancy procedures.
- Maintain calendar of school events
