Business Development Representative

Base Annual Salary: $135000

Bonus: $25000 for every million go over sales goal of year

Full Time Position: 50 Hours

FLSA: Exempt

Working Hours:

Monday-Friday 7:30 am 4:30 pm

(Hours will vary as needed)

Report to Vice President

Job Summary: The Business Development Representative will play a key role in driving company growth by identifying new opportunities building strong client relationships and expanding the companys presence in both existing and new markets. This person will work closely with leadership to develop strategies that align business goals with client needs in land surveying and related industries.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify develop and secure new business opportunities in our services
  • Build and maintain strong long-term relationships with new and existing clients
  • Collaborate with leadership to develop and execute growth strategies including market expansion and strategic partnerships
  • Attend industry networking events trade shows and professional association meetings to promote company services
  • Conduct research to identify new business opportunities industry trade and competitive insights
  • Identify pursue and secure new clients through networking outreach and lead generation activities
  • Support marketing efforts through collaboration on campaigns branding initiatives and targeted outreach
  • Work closely with project management and surveying teams to ensure smooth client handoffs and service delivery
  • Learn and understands Precision Surveying & Consulting Incs business project delivery systems commercial terms profit levers and enhancements and issues affecting risk
  • Supports a positive and inclusive work environment
  • Adhere to promote the companys core values in all aspects of the role. Our company culture is built on 7 team values that are essential to teamwork and collaboration

Qualifications:

  • 3 years of business development sales or client relations experience ideally within land surveying engineering or construction industries
  • Excellent communication negotiation and presentation skills
  • Proven ability to meet or exceed business growth goals
  • Self-motivated strategic thinker with strong relationship-building skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel PowerPoint Word)
