ING Australias ODCR team is looking to hire an ODCR Manager Continuity & Resilience based at our Sydney office.
As the ODCR Manager Continuity & Resilience youll play a key role in strengthening ING Australias ability to respond to and recover from disruptive events. Youll lead the implementation and continuous improvement of our Continuity & Resilience Framework working closely with senior stakeholders across business technology and risk functions

What youll do
- Lead the design implementation and maintenance of INGs Continuity & Resilience Framework including Business Continuity Plans and Crisis Management Plans.
- Facilitate business impact analyses threat assessments and identification of recovery capability gaps.
- Provide assurance and challenge on recovery strategies and plans including those of third parties.
- Coordinate testing training and awareness programs across the bank.
- Support crisis coordination activities during significant events.
- Deliver reporting to senior governance forums including RACC and BRC.
- Contribute to uplift initiatives ad-hoc projects and group-wide working groups.
What were looking for
- Tertiary qualification in business finance legal or a related discipline or equivalent experience.
- 8 years experience in financial services with at least 3 years in Business Continuity Operational Resilience or Information Risk Management.
- Strong understanding of regulatory frameworks (e.g. CPS 230) risk management principles and continuity planning.
- Technically savvy with strong MS Office skills; experience with Tableau SAS or SQL is a plus.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills with the ability to influence at senior levels.
- Strong analytical thinking attention to detail and a collaborative mindset.
