This will be a hybrid position based in our Indianapolis office with a 2 days per week in office requirement.
Position Summary
Support the Transaction Tax division by providing technical data support to Tax Managers and Directors. Convert client data to usable formats for use by Transaction Tax Associates Managers and Directors.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
Convert clients data files
Verify clients data files including identification of shifting data etc.
Add data fields to existing client files
Obtain and review clients SAP Oracle JDE or other ERP tables as appropriate and determine how they relate
Handle specific data requests from Transaction Tax Associates Managers and Directors
Manage large workloads in an efficient manner
Prepare and maintain working notes for all client data projects
Track time spent on client data projects for ROI analysis and client billings
Non-essential Duties and Responsibilities
Education and Qualifications
Associate degree required Bachelors degree preferred
2-4 years related professional experience
Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel and beginner skills in Word and Access
Prior experience with IDEA SQL SAP OmniPage and Ultra Edit preferred
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Ability to successfully work under deadlines and comfortable with multi-tasking
