Chartered ARB Architect / Project Manager
Location: Bath Wiltshire
Salary: 40000 - 50000 DOE
A well-established architectural practice with offices across the South West and Wales is seeking a Chartered ARB Architect / Project Lead to join its expanding team. The practice works across a diverse range of sectors including residential care education healthcare commercial and industrial offering tailored architectural and project management services from concept to completion.
This is a key role for an experienced architect who is confident leading projects and managing client relationships with a strong eye for detail and a collaborative approach. The successful candidate will be joining a design-focused technology-driven team that values high-quality outcomes and efficient project delivery.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead architectural projects from inception to completion including planning technical detailing and site delivery
Manage project timelines budgets and communication between all stakeholders
Use BIM and data-rich 3D modelling tools to develop coordinated designs
Collaborate closely with clients consultants and contractors throughout the design and construction process
Ensure compliance with planning policy building regulations and CDM responsibilities
Support junior staff and contribute to knowledge sharing across the team
Requirements:
ARB-registered Chartered Architect with a minimum of 3 years post-Part 3 experience
Strong project management skills and the ability to lead multiple projects independently
Proficiency in Revit AutoCAD and BIM workflows
Solid knowledge of UK planning and construction regulations
Excellent communication organisational and problem-solving skills
A proactive and collaborative attitude
Project management qualifications (desirable but not essential)
