Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Litigation Attorney to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in (Coverage & Bad Faith) litigation law and a proven track record of success in the courtroom. This is a full-time position with competitive compensation and benefits.

Responsibilities:

- Represent clients in all stages of litigation from pre-trial to appeals

- Conduct legal research and analysis to prepare for hearings and trials

- Draft legal documents including pleadings motions and briefs

- Attend depositions hearings and trials

- Communicate with clients opposing counsel and the court

- Negotiate settlements and participate in alternative dispute resolution methods

- Manage a caseload and meet deadlines

- Stay updated on legal developments and changes in laws and regulations

Requirements:

- Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school

- Active license to practice law Florida

- Resident of Florida

- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in litigation law

- Strong research writing and oral advocacy skills

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team

- Excellent time management and organizational skills

- Experience with electronic discovery and document management systems
