Job Summary

Our client a leading Am Law 100 firm is seeking a Complex Litigation Associate with 3 to 5 years of experience (possiblity open to a 6th yr) to join their litigation team. The ideal candidate will have exceptional research and writing skills strong academic credentials from a top law school and experience managing sophisticated legal matters in a collaborative in-office environment.

Preferred Qualifications:

Prior federal judicial clerkship experience is a plus.
Demonstrated interest in environmental law is a bonus.

Key Responsibilities:

Handle complex litigation regulatory matters and enforcement defense cases.
Conduct in-depth legal research draft motions and prepare for court appearances and trials.
Collaborate with partners on diverse matters.
Develop litigation skills through hands-on experience including motion practice and trial preparation.
Contribute to cross-office and cross-departmental initiatives gaining exposure to a variety of clients and legal matters.

Requirements:

3 to 5 years of relevant litigation experience.
Excellent research writing and analytical skills.
Strong academic credentials from a top-tier law school.
Ability to thrive in a high-stakes collaborative in-office team environment.

3 to 5 days onsite
