What Youll Do

Build high-quality products fast balancing speed and excellence.

Design and implement new features from scratch to advance our technical roadmap.

Collaborate closely with customers to ensure solutions align with their needs.

Raise the technical bar by contributing to scalable maintainable and performant code.

Influence engineering standards and culture as we expand and scale the team.

Recruit and mentor future engineers helping grow the organization.

Continuously learn and evolve as the company rapidly scales.
Who You Are

Experience: 2 years of hands-on software engineering experience.

Background: Worked at a talent-dense startup or fast-paced product-driven company.

Cloud Knowledge: Exposure to or experience with cloud infrastructure (especially AWS).

Mindset: You thrive in 0-to-1 environments moving fast and adapting quickly.
Skills Were Looking For
Hard Skills

Proficiency in React React Native TypeScript and Python.

Experience deploying infrastructure in AWS.

Familiarity with backend systems integrations and SQL databases (PostgreSQL a plus).
Soft Skills

Ability to move fast and iterate quickly without sacrificing quality.
