Job Description
The Life Enrichment Director plans and coordinates a variety of social events to provide a vibrant and active community life for our residents. Some of those activities include:
- Determine residentprogram preferences talents and needs through resident feedback new resident orientation resident council meetings and communication with resident families.
- Plan daily and weekly programsto engage residents in the community to meet their social physical emotional and psychological needs.
- Assist in planning programs and eventsthat encourage prospective residents to participate in community life and programs.
- Oversee the transportation for our residents - We have a 20hr a week Bus Driver that you will help provide operational support as well as use for activities.
Qualifications
- 2 years of activity programming experience.
- 1 years of leadership experience in senior living preferred.
- A love for seniors!
- Highly organized and great time management skills
- Energetic engaging and caring personality
- Ability to connect with people
