Innolink Digital Services is seeking a seasoned Structural BIM Coordinator with deep expertise in Revit-based rebar and reinforcement detailing. If youre passionate about precision coordination and digital construction workflows wed love to connect!
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage structural BIM deliverables for rebar and reinforcement detailing projects.
- Coordinate with design and engineering teams to ensure model accuracy and compliance.
- Develop and maintain BIM standards and workflows specific to structural detailing.
- Perform clash detection model audits and quality checks.
- Support project teams with technical guidance and BIM best practices.
Requirements:
- Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience in Revit for structural detailing especially rebar modeling.
- Strong understanding of reinforcement codes detailing standards and construction documentation.
- Proven ability to manage BIM coordination across multidisciplinary teams.
- Familiarity with Navisworks AutoCAD and other BIM tools is a plus.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
