Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced 4D BIM Scheduler to join our dynamic team. If you have expertise in 4D scheduling using Navisworks and Synchro and are passionate about driving innovation in construction planning this is your opportunity!
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and manage 4D construction schedules by linking BIM models to project timelines.
Use Synchro Pro and Navisworks Manage for accurate construction simulations.
Integrate schedules from Primavera P6 / MS Project with BIM models.
Should be ready to work on Revit projects as and when required
Collaborate with planning and BIM teams to optimize workflows and resolve time-based clashes.
Prepare visual sequences animations and progress reports for stakeholders.
Requirements:
Proficiency in Synchro Pro and Navisworks Manage.
Strong knowledge of Primavera P6 or MS Project.
Should have experience working on Revit software
Understanding of construction methodologies and sequencing.
Excellent communication and coordination skills.
