We have an exciting opportunity for you to join us as our next Human Resources Business Partner for the region. Curious about what this role entails Lets take a look:
- Partner with regional leaders to shape and implement effective people strategies.
- Provide guidance on workforce planning talent management and succession planning.
- Support performance management processes and employee development.
- Manage employee relations in line with UK employment law.
- Champion our company culture and drive employee engagement.
- Oversee HR operations policies and ensure compliance with UK regulations and GDPR.
- Collaborate on recruitment efforts and enhance employer branding.
- Lead change initiatives and foster adaptability across teams.
Your profile
- Bachelors or Masters degree in HR Business Administration or related field.
- 1015 years of progressive HR experience including HRBP and HR Operations.
- Strong knowledge of UK labor laws and employment practices.
- Proven stakeholder management across countries or business units.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- English C1C2; other European languages are a plus.
- Strategic thinker with a hands-on approach and data-driven mindset.
- High integrity confidentiality and strong change leadership skills.
