What Were Looking For:

Level 3 Early Years qualification (or equivalent)
Proven experience as a Nursery Room Leader or in a senior early years position
Strong knowledge of EYFS framework and child development principles
Excellent leadership communication and organisational skills
Passion for delivering high-quality nurturing care and learning experiences

Key Responsibilities:

Lead and supervise your nursery room team fostering professional growth and collaboration
Plan implement and evaluate engaging activities that meet Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) standards
Ensure the safety wellbeing and development of every child in your care
Maintain strong relationships with parents carers and colleagues
Support operational management including staff scheduling record-keeping and compliance
Monitor and assess childrens progress providing regular feedback to the team and families
Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives within the nursery
