What Youll Need

Level 3 Early Years qualification (or equivalent).
Experience working within a nursery or early years setting.
Confidence leading a room and supporting other practitioners.

Previous Room Leader experience.

What Youll Do

Lead the day-to-day running of your nursery room creating a safe and engaging learning environment.
Plan and deliver age-appropriate activities that support development and curiosity.
Support guide and inspire practitioners within your room.
Build strong relationships with parents and carers through clear communication.
Ensure safeguarding welfare and EYFS standards are consistently met.
