The role :
CDD of 6 months from December 2025 based in Paris 17.
Reporting to the Digital Experience Director you will drive and structure new digital projects align them with brand ambitions business priorities and IT constraints foster collaboration across stakeholders and support the teams growth. A key challenge is to evaluate performance and share learnings to continuously improve our digital roadmap.
What youll do :
Mission 1: Structure and manage new digital initiatives within the digital brand department
Leadership:
- Be the departments point of contact for any new group initiatives linked to our expertise impacting our scope/roadmap (e.g. New Look and Feel Skin Diagnosis Hair Quiz Clarins App Brand initiatives like audio capsules)
- Understand stakeholders objectives and challenges (UX/CRO Animation brand business IT) to support projects source ideas and spot risks
- Lead or participate in workshops around projects (Ideation Design Thinking)
Strategy:
- Define or refine vision objectives priorities resources and requirements around new digital opportunities aligned with brand objectives
- Develop and promote consistent methodology and processes within our scope
- Stay curious about digital trends (webinars trade shows new tech) to anticipate/recommend opportunities and share insights with the team
- Foster a culture of experimentation learning and improvement to differentiate from competitors
Communication:
- Adopt constructive critical thinking and a solution-oriented mindset to facilitate collaboration
- Set up and encourage cross-functional cooperation and communication
Mission 2: Managing the team and our activity
- Define roles and responsibilities of PMs and designers/consultants across projects
- Strengthen PM project governance to improve visibility of work toward the team and company
- Ensure good communication and collaboration within the team and digital department
- Contribute to team skill development
- Celebrate and reward achievements and successes
Mission 3: Evaluate digital performance and draw learning
- Work closely with the CRO team to create business cases behind projects to help prioritization
- Monitor KPIs identify best practices and lessons learned and develop corresponding action plans
- Share project results and learnings with top management ( taskforce Steering Committee Digital RDV)
- Collaborate with CRO on user research reporting and benchmarking
