Shift: 7:30am 4:00pm CST
Pay: $19/hour
Status: Onsite Entry-Level

What Youll Be Doing as a Service Desk Level 1 Analyst:

  • Respond to phone calls emails and chat messages with professionalism and empathy
  • Log and track support tickets in our system
  • Provide first-level support for desktops laptops printers mobile devices software and networks
  • Escalate complex issues to the right team when needed
  • Follow up to ensure satisfaction and resolution
  • Keep learning and growing your tech skills
  • Jump into special projects when they come up

What Were Looking For:

  • 12 years of experience in a technical support or service desk role
  • Strong customer service skills and the ability to explain tech to non-tech folks
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Office Windows OS and basic network troubleshooting
  • Bonus points for ITIL knowledge!
  • A team player with great problem-solving skills and a can-do attitude
  • Ability to juggle multiple tasks and stay organized
