- 2 years in an administrative facilities or workplace support role.
- Experience working with ticketing or maintenance systems (e.g. ServiceChannel or CMMS).
- Strong organizational and time management skills; able to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
- Excellent communication skills written verbal and interpersonal.
- Comfortable using iOS/macOS and productivity tools (e.g. Mail Calendar Pages Numbers Excel).
- Proactive detail-focused and conscientious with a strong customer service approach.
- Familiarity with basic facility systems (HVAC lighting conference room tech).
- Previous experience supporting vendors technicians or internal service teams.
- Ability to read or interpret basic building layouts or maintenance documentation.
