Position Summary
As a bartender you will deliver first-class experiences by preparing top-quality beverages
and providing friendly and accurate service. Youll greet guests take orders and look for
opportunities to enhance their experience. Youll follow recipes precisely maintain a clean
and organized bar and handle transactions with accuracy and professionalism. Youll also
follow alcohol awareness procedures and respond appropriately to guest concerns.
Responsibilities
Exceed First Class Service standards with every guest peer and business partner
Greet guests take food and drink orders and suggest additional items
Mix beverages to exact recipe specifications
Accurately process transactions through the POS system
Maintain a clean organized and stocked bar area
Follow alcohol service guidelines and handle intoxicated guests appropriately
Respond professionally to guest concerns
Qualifications
Extensive beverage knowledge and mixology skills
Strong customer service and communication abilities
Ability to multitask and stay composed under pressure
Flexible availability including weekends and holidays
Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 25 lbs
