Base pay PLUS quarterly bonuses
- Oversee daily spa operations ensuring all services are delivered to the highest quality standards.
- Manage staff schedules conduct employee orientation and provide ongoing training to ensure team members are equipped with necessary skills.
- Handle cash management and financial transactions accurately maintaining detailed records of sales and expenses.
- Develop and implement marketing strategies to promote spa services and increase client retention.
- Negotiate with vendors for supplies and services to optimize operational efficiency.
- Communicate effectively with clients to understand their needs and address any concerns promptly.
- Monitor inventory levels and order supplies as needed to ensure smooth operations.
- Foster a positive work environment through effective team management and leadership practices.
- Conduct interviews for new staff members assessing their fit within the team culture.
- Proven experience of at least 3 years in a managerial role within the spa or wellness industry is preferred.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Excellent communication skills both verbal and written to interact effectively with clients and staff.
- Demonstrated leadership capabilities with experience in team management and employee development.
- Proficient in cash handling procedures and financial record keeping.
- Time management skills to prioritize tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to negotiate contracts with vendors effectively.
