Job Summary

Invoke Staffing is seeking an experienced Construction Superintendent to join a leading commercial general contractor based in Wilmington NC. This is an exciting opportunity for a proven field leader to oversee high-quality commercial construction projects from the ground up.

About the Role

As a Construction Superintendent youll be responsible for managing all on-site construction activities to ensure projects are delivered safely on schedule and to the highest standards of quality. Youll lead field teams coordinate subcontractors and serve as the on-site representative ensuring clear communication between project stakeholders.

Responsibilities

Oversee daily job site operations safety scheduling and quality control
Coordinate and supervise subcontractors suppliers and field personnel
Ensure projects are built according to plans specifications and company standards
Lead daily and weekly project meetings with subcontractors and project management
Monitor project progress and proactively address schedule or field challenges
Maintain accurate project documentation including daily reports RFIs and inspections
Foster strong relationships with clients design teams and trade partners

Qualifications

10 years of experience as a Commercial Construction Superintendent
Proven success managing projects over $5 million in value
Strong knowledge of construction means methods scheduling and safety protocols
Excellent leadership communication and organizational skills
Proficiency in project management and scheduling software (Procore experience a plus)
OSHA certification preferred
