About the role:
- Liaise with internal stakeholders and external clients.
- Work on a range of commercial law matters with a focus on intellectual property technology and commercialisation such as protection of confidential information and trade secrets as well as copyright matters.
- The role will have elements of dual facing (litigious and transactional).
The ideal candidate:
- Have at least 3 years PQE and a strong commercial law foundation and experience in intellectual property.
- Strong drafting communication and analytical skills.
- Ability to work independently manage a varied workload meet deadlines.
