We are specifically looking for anexperienced and customer-centricproduct leaderto join the OCI team that will be responsiblefor leadership in our product management organization; key responsibilities include:
- Develop and implement a comprehensive multicloud strategy and roadmap in alignment with OCIs overall business goals.
- Lead the integration of OCI services with Azure and drive the expansion of Oracles Multicloud offerings to other major cloud providers.
- Collaborate with engineering marketing sales and other team members to bring new multicloud features and services to market.
- Understand market dynamics customer needs and competitive landscape to inform product decisions and strategy.
- Provide thought leadership and drive innovation in the multicloud domain.
- Engage with customers to gather feedback understand their challenges and deliver solutions that meet their needs.
- Lead mentor and grow an impactful product management team.
- Foster strong partnerships with external cloud providers and other strategic partners.
- Drive cross-functional teams to deliver on product achievements and ensure a seamless customer experience.
Qualifications.
- Minimum 15 years of experience in product management with a significant portion focused on cloud services or related technologies.
- Proven track record of leading and delivering complex high-stakes product initiatives in a fast-paced ever-changing environment.
- Deep technical understanding of cloud infrastructure services and multicloud strategies.
- Strong leadership skills and experience managing impactful teams.
- Customer-obsessed mentality with a strong focus on delivering value to customers.
- Impeccable organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
- Excellent partner management skills with experience in building and nurturing strategic partnerships.
- Exceptional communication and presentation skills with the ability to articulate complex concepts to a variety of audiences.
- Bachelors degree or equivalent experience in Computer Science Engineering or an equivalent. An MBA or similar advanced degree is preferred.
ResponsibilitiesAs a Senior Director in the product development division you will lead a team that defines product specifications and or strategy. Gather and analyze information to define product specifications and review design specifications. Envision and communicate product strategy and functionality. Initiate and foster relationships with other groups. Review product documentation and collateral. Ensure successful product releases based on corporate priorities.

Candidates are typically placed into the range based on the preceding factors as well as internal peer equity.

8. Paid time off: Flexible Vacation is provided to all eligible employees assigned to a salaried (non-overtime eligible) position.
