About the job:
As a Sales & Business Development Associate youll play a key role in expanding our global partner network by identifying engaging and closing growth opportunities with top-performing app businesses. Youll be responsible for leading the full sales cycle from prospecting to deal close helping app founders and growth leaders understand how BGV can transform their web2app performance.
Your responsibilities will include:
Proactively identifying and sourcing companies with subscription-based mobile applications that align with our target profile.
Researching and connecting with key decision-makers (founders growth leads UA heads).
Conducting discovery calls to understand each prospects UA strategy monetization model and growth challenges.
Presenting BGV full-stack growth solutions showcasing relevant case studies and performance results.
Handling objections effectively and clearly articulating the value of our capital-backed model.
Negotiating partnership terms and managing all stages of the sales process.
Collaborating with internal teams to ensure a smooth transition from signed deal to account management and campaign launch.
Requirements for the job:
Proven experience in B2B sales partnerships or business development - preferably within the mobile app adtech or martech industries.
Excellent communication negotiation and presentation skills.
Ability to identify decision-makers and build trusted relationships quickly.
Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage time effectively in an asynchronous hybrid work environment.
Comfortable collaborating with internal and external stakeholders across multiple time zones and cultural backgrounds.
Willingness to travel and represent BGV at industry events conferences and in-person meetings.
A proactive goal-oriented mindset and the drive to exceed targets.
Strong written and verbal communication skills in English and Russian.
