Are you able to bring all loose ends together to create an integrated QSHE landscape into our Physical Distribution (PhD) EU team As QSHE Manager its your job to set up lead and manage QSHE in our European Distribution Centers. This role emphasizes the integration of the different elements of QSHE ensuring compliance with all standards and driving initiatives towards a safe and sustainable future.
What will you be doing
As QSHE Manager you are responsible for developing implementing and managing policies and systems in the field of quality health safety and environment (QSHE). You ensure that the organization complies with relevant laws and regulations internal standards and external certifications. Additionally you play an important role in optimizing facilities to ensure a safe and sustainable working environment. You are responsible for the management of the RI&E; drafting and maintaining our processes and procedures for a safe working environment. You drive a cultural change in the field of safety environment and continuous improvement within the European Distribution Centers of Vanderlande.
