Our Engagement Manager is an ENTRY LEVEL role responsible for planning executing and implementing multiple small to medium size projects or supporting projects functions (PMO Risk and Issue management) in specified roles under the guidance of the lead PM. Works as a cross-functional leader between different delivery groups and stakeholders (technical and non-technical) coordinating various project elements requesting resources and ensuring effective communication among team members stakeholders and customers.
We are looking for an Engagement Manager who will:
Manages one to multiple small to medium projects and/or works with the main PM in executing the project.
Responsible for a function within the project such as risk and issue management reporting etc. and can also be asked to manage projects end to end.
Involved in creating / providing input to the project initiation documentation the delivery approach and the internal program review and solution delivery review for internal program approval.
Deliver the project within the agreed budget scope and time manage risks and issues ensure quality of deliverables and documents and implement the appropriate delivery practices and methods.
Create communication plans facilitating meetings and forums and establishing project infrastructure for information sharing with teams and stakeholders.
Creating or inputs into the project budget and resource forecast and tracks the project delivery to budget proactively managing issues and changes with the account lead.
Participate in initiatives that benefit the delivery practice or the CSG improvement.

Bachelors degree or equivalent experience
Experience in Microsoft Visio a MUST
Minimum of 1-3 years experience managing projects and/or service delivery
Ability to read write speak and understand the English language in a business environment
