About the role:
As the Culture & Capability Coordinator youll play a key role in supporting the delivery of learning and organisational development programs across Elders. Youll work closely with internal and external stakeholders to ensure smooth coordination communication and administration of initiatives that span leadership development onboarding performance graduate programs and diversity & inclusion.
