About the role
As a Space Planner at TAFE NSW youll play a key role in shaping the spaces where learning happens. Youll work closely with teams across the organisation to understand their needs and plan smart efficient spaces that support training and service delivery.
Part of the Strategic Asset Planning team your focus will be on improving how we use our facilities identifying opportunities solving problems and helping TAFE NSW get the most out of its assets. Youll lead initiatives that make our systems and processes more effective ensuring our spaces are fit for purpose now and into the future.
The role may be based in the Greater Sydney area with travel to other campuses or may offer flexible location options at a suitable TAFE NSW campus subject to availability.
About You
You are a strategic thinker with a passion for collaborating and planning smart efficient spaces that support dynamic learning environments. With a strong foundation in stakeholder engagement and space planning you bring innovative solutions to complex challenges and thrive on translating business needs into practical future-focused spatial outcomes.
Your excellent communication skills allow you to build strong partnerships across teams and facilities enabling you to anticipate needs and influence decisions that optimise asset utilisation. Youre confident managing multiple priorities balancing competing demands and delivering high-quality outcomes within tight timeframes.
