Job Summary
ING Australias ODCR team is hiring a Senior Specialist Continuity & Resilience for a full-time position based at our Sydney office.
As the Senior Specialist Continuity & Resilience youll support the delivery of INGs Continuity & Resilience Framework helping to ensure our critical services remain available during disruption. Youll work across business and technology teams to support planning testing and assurance activities that strengthen INGs operational resilience.

What youll do
- Maintain documentation and support audit readiness across reporting processes
- Support the development and maintenance of Business Continuity Plans and Crisis Management Plans.
- Facilitate business impact analyses threat assessments and continuity risk reviews.
- Assist in the coordination of testing training and awareness activities across the bank.
- Provide input into operational risk assessments third-party reviews and product launches.
- Contribute to reporting for senior risk committees and support audit readiness.
- Participate in uplift initiatives and group-wide resilience projects.
What were looking for
- Tertiary qualification in business finance legal or a related discipline or equivalent experience.
- 4 years experience in Business Continuity Operational Resilience or Information Risk Management.
- Background in financial services (banking insurance superannuation) preferred but strong candidates from other sectors will be considered.
- Strong MS Office skills; experience with data tools like SQL SAS or Tableau is highly regarded.
- Understanding of IT systems and how they support continuity frameworks is a plus.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with strong attention to detail and stakeholder engagement.
