Salary Package: AU$Super (dependent on experience and track record)

Role Overview

You will inherit and grow a team of Corporate and Mid-Market brokers across multiple locations with a focus on leadership and development rather than client management.

Responsibilities

Lead and manage a team of brokers across multiple locations
Lead the team through change as the business continues to develop and transform
Hire and develop Corporate and Mid-Market brokers across Australia
Contribute to the design and execution of strategy across the broking business
Support on escalated client matters where appropriate

Candidate Profile

You will be a proven insurance leader with experience managing high performing teams.

You will:

Have worked preferably within an Insurance Brokerage leading teams or alternatively Underwriting Agency or Insurer
Hold a strong knowledge of commercial products
Demonstrate a track record of holding difficult conversations managing performance effectively
Be an experienced Insurance professional with at least 10 years in General Insurance
Show strong leadership acumen with a focus on growth and productivity
