- Follow up the daily attendance of employees through the attendance system "Fingerprint machine"
- Prepare or maintain employment records related to events such as hiring documents termination and leaves.
- Responsible for keeping employees hiring documents completed.
- Follow up and data entry for every transaction on the attendance system
- Provide periodic reports about employees regularity and review employees vacation absence attendance sick leave etc
- Controlling the vacation system and track the vacation balance of all employees
- Manage penalty system according to the labor law and maintain penalty records up to date
- Update and archive all performance management system documents and ensure the confidentiality of them
- Engage in all performance management processes for business unit employees (annual performance review process KPIs employee development planning).
Requirements
- Bachelors degree in a relevant field.
- Excellent Knowledge of Egyptian Labor Law & Social Insurance procedures.
- 1-3 Years of experience as a HR Personnel Specialist in a related industry.
- Proficiency in MS Office programs.
- HR diploma is a plus.
- Strong analytical critical thinking problem-solving and communication skills.
- Multitasking skills and focus on top priorities.
3+ years of experience in customer onboarding, customer success, or implementation. Strong leadership and communication skills. Experience in cloud-based solutions, SaaS, or call center technologies. Fluent in English & Arabic. GCC market experience is a plus.
